Super Bowl has to be one of the most calorie-dense days of the year - maybe next to or more than Christmas even. The pizza, nachos, wings, subs, chili, meatballs, pulled pork, spinach and artichoke dip, and guacamole by the boatload.

How can you healthify your Super Bowl Sunday? Load up on the celery and carrot sticks, ease up on the ranch or blue cheese dip, bake your own wings by tossing them in a herb rub instead of loading on the sauce.
