myFM: Hydration, H2 water and more!

Hydration - the Stanley 40 oz behemoth. Is the craze helping people drink more water? 

Tap water, filtered water, and mineralized water are all factors to consider when it comes to your hydration. 

Add a pinch of Celtic Sea salt to your water. Hydration needs minerals to get hydration into you. Minerals from seaweeds like Irish Sea Moss, my Take This by Lianne Cell Mins is excellent too.

Notes: H2 water is said to boost energy and discourage exhaustion, promote anti-aging, protect mitochondrial function (if you don’t know what that is, head back to episode 128), combat muscle fatigue, have an ultimately positive impact on every organ, and improve recovery time and healing. 

Don’t forget! Wash it - soak it in baking soda and water. Add white vinegar, or soak overnight in half vinegar/water. Peroxide can also be used for natural cleaners. Don’t forget the straw!
