Be Intentional with your time. 


As I continue on my #beintentional series, having enough time to be intentional, taking the time, taking the time to pause, taking a deep breath, and choosing what you’re going to put your attention on takes time. If you’re in a loop of “I don’t have enough time”, then it’s not going to happen. 


My guest on EAT THIS with Lianne, Clare Kumar, productivity coach shared her productivity table stakes with us and it sure made me think… The list of eight is all tied together andinterrelated:


  1.  Mindset - that daily check-in and checking in on your dedication to yourself. That’s the stop and take a breath, center yourself before taking action with intention. And even asking what do you need right now? 
  2. Sleep and rest are something that we’ve talked about here and how to get better sleep is in episodes 19 and 85. 
  3. Fuel and how you can feed your cells - can’t feed a Ferrari with Frito lay is what Clare said, and she didn’t have to convince me on that!
